Transformation Tuesday: Weight Loss Journey
Today's, "Where are they now" is Ms. Shatina. Last year she shared her testimony of her massive weight loss journey! Please see her update below.
I started back in July 2018 and it has taken almost 395 workouts to lose a grand total of 100 pounds naturally. I did it without pills, supplements, detox, or surgery. I’m not knocking those tools but in order to keep the weight completely off you have to change your mindset. I’m not on a diet and I only eat two meals a day. The keys to weight loss is two things: consistency and dedication. Keep going and don’t stop the minute you feel like quitting that’s when you should push yourself the hardest.
