Transformation Tuesday
Slow and steady...still progress. It’s easy to feel discouraged or defeated when you don’t see the results right away. Being healthy and fit is a journey, there’s so much information and misinformation to sort through. You have to listen and pay attention to your body- not only the physical changes but pay attention to how you feel throughout the journey. BTW- it’s a never ending journey. So much sickness and illness can be prevented just by choosing a healthier lifestyle. Fitness energizes me, it makes me feel confident, powerful, and connected. It acts as therapy to clear my mind and helps me to not lose sight of what’s important. Consistency is key, I’m learning that it really is important to set goals that are specific with measurable results. Nonetheless, I’m loving this journey and am still a work in progress!
